Field Service Engineers
Our service engineers will travel to your location to evaluate your service needs for electrical, mechanical, or CNC control issues. Whether you require rigging, relocation, piping or realignment, All-States Machine Repair has the experience and capabilities to quickly and effectively return your equipment to optimum performance.
Mechanical
Our mechanics come with an ever expanding tool set designed to tackle any mechanical breakdown or task that may arise in the field. Draw on our industrial equipment service experience when your staffing waivers or your operation is simply not equipped to facilitate heavy repairs or millwright crafts such as plumbing and preventative maintenance
Electrical
Our electrical operation is low voltage capable (500VAC or less) and equipped to handle new installation from bus to machine. Our services include sub-panel and electrical utility installation, motor and drive installation, plc communication diagnostics, low voltage troubleshooting and wiring.
Controls
Our controls engineers can offer a variety of solutions on replacement of antiquated components as well as application based editing and redesign on your current machine Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Computer Numerical Control (CNC), Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Motor Control programs.
